p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field of study is required, with preference given to degrees in social work, public health, sociology, or related fields; supplemented by five (5) years previous experience and/or training that includes the direct provision of services to seniors and some program administration; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Communicates with supervisor, employees, students, volunteers, other departments, clients, the public, Area Agency on Aging, Department of Human Resources, grant funding agencies, resource persons, community agencies, outside agencies, and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, resolve problems, or give/receive advice/direction.
