Reporting to the VP, Head of Centralized RCM Operations, this leader will oversee Directors responsible for front-end operations, back-end operations, and payment posting, ensuring consistent service delivery, quality, productivity, financial performance, and compliance across the portfolio. This role partners with Customer Success, Analytics, Implementation, Product, Technology, and other leaders to resolve complex issues, improve performance, and advance automation and continuous improvement across centralized RCM operations.
