Partnering cross-functionally with DC Operations, Capacity, Slotting, Inventory Control, Engineering, Transportation, and IT, this role uses data and process analysis to design scalable solutions that support efficient warehouse operations, inventory availability, and customer service. Develop and own the enterprise replenishment KPI framework, building on existing measures such as On-Time Letdown %, Walkoff %, and Pick Short $, and extending it to productivity, availability, responsiveness, inventory flow, and service impact.
