Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior HR Generalist is the on-site HR presence at Slingshot and the primary day-to-day HR partner to the CEO and leadership team, owning the full people operations lifecycle including recruiting and onboarding, benefits and HRIS administration, employee records and compliance support, and performance and engagement programs. Trusted in cell-based applications across cell therapy, drug development, and diagnostics, they empower process and analytical development, quality control, potency assessments, multi-site validations, clinical research studies, and assay development and validation.
