Working closely with the Senior Director of Finance, Service Line Administrators, Physician Leaders, and Executive Leadership, this role integrates financial analysis, business intelligence, and operational insights to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational performance. Supports strategic planning initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, business case development, and ROI evaluations for new programs, physician recruitment, capital investments, and service expansions.
