Properly, skillfully, and safely operates all equipment including but not limited to oxygen delivery, nebulizer therapy, Ventilator care, BIPAP use, percussive techniques, and sputum induction; appropriate to the assessment of the patient including age and condition. Accurately and legibly documents all assessments, treatments, therapies, medications, instructions, education, outcomes or other required information on appropriate medical records, forms, Interdisciplinary Plan of Care (IPOC) and log-sheets.
