This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Senior Master Automotive Technician Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. </li><li>Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. </li><li>Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed. </li><li>Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications. </li><li>Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications. </li><li>Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions. </li><li>Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. </li></ul>Senior Master Automotive Technician Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Ford Certification required. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification required. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components. </li><li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment. </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. </li></ul> We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
