This includes conducting training at worksites and centralized locations, maintaining curriculum and lesson plans, and ensuring training records, reports, sign in sheets, and compliance documentation are accurately managed within statewide systems such as SharePoint and the LMS (Neogov). The primary duty for this position is to design, develop, and deliver a broad range of safety and health training across NDOT, ensuring employees at all levels receive effective instruction on regulations, hazard abatement, risk management, and safe work practices.
