Knowledge of insurance (ICD-9/10 coding, CMS regulations, state/federal regulations, CLIA, DOH, OSHA regulations) preferred; Solid knowledge of and experience in billing and health insurance guidelines and practices, including commercial, CMS and managed care payers. When determining base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered including, but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, market data, and internal equity.
