Develop and execute preventive maintenance, inspection and repair programs for critical building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, lighting, dock/warehouse systems and other facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proactive facilities leader who anticipates issues, independently drives solutions, communicates clearly and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly operational environment.
