Required Experience/Skills:

• 8-12 years full time paid professional experience in the preparation of complete cost estimates for type I, II, or III, and V building construction as defined by the State building code, including two years in a supervisory capacity .

• Prepares and reviews cost estimates and forms and other materials submitted to secure State and/or federal grants and loans from school aid programs and represents the district on matters pertinent to securing such funds .

p>Inspectors are directly responsible to the Head of Airworthiness for ensuring that all maintenance performed on Company aircraft, engines, appliances, and accessories is accomplished in accordance with approved Aircraft Technical Orders, Company programs, Contract requirements and FAA Regulations to maintain a continuous state of airworthiness.

The TDIP Assistant Project Manager (MEPF) reports to the assigned Senior Project Manager and is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and operational interfaces of mechanical, electrical,plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) and specialty systems design and construction activities within an assigned Terminal Development and Improvement Program (TDIP) project. This role ensures the development and implementation of design coordination, installation, and turnover plans, while proactively managing risks associated with MEPF system installation, startup,and operational impacts to existing facilities.

You will lead designs and produce drawings for runway and taxiway lighting systems, NAVAIDs, and aviation infrastructure, develop calculations, specifications, engineering reports, and construction cost estimates, attend client meetings and site visits, and perform construction administration. You will have the opportunity to lead, develop, and deliver designs of varying sizes and complexity in our local and virtual team environment as well as engage in client relationship building and assist with winning the next big project all within an established infrastructure/aviation team.

li>Overseeing the Design Manager who will be managing the design process during design and construction including resolution of technical design issues, issuing design non-compliances, issuing field non-conformances, timely processing of RFI’s, coordinating shop drawing reviews, participation in and approval of factory and site acceptance tests, coordinating material approvals, coordinating mock up approvals, providing reports, drawings and specification interpretation, participation in testing and commissioning activities, managing the punch list process and other activities as required to ensure the design process supports the project goals.
