The consultant will provide leadership in functional design, collection process configurations, SAP configuration with BRF Framework, implementation, testing, integration with Payment processing vendor, and optimization of SAP financial and payment solutions to support utility customer billing, receivables, payment processing, treasury operations, compliance, and enterprise financial integration. This strategic role is essential to the success of the enterprise utility's customer modernization initiative and requires deep expertise in SAP FICA, integrations with SAP FICO, and utility financial operations around customer payments, customer assistance programs and collections.
