You'll run technical discovery and client workshops, convert business outcomes into technical designs, define testing and cutover approaches (including ISO 20022 formats and SWIFT migration considerations), and then drive end-to-end execution-removing blockers across client teams, Product, IT, Client Service and Coverage/Sales. You'll design and deliver technically robust, secure, and scalable connectivity solutions for strategic corporate clients, leading complex onboarding and change initiatives across HSBCnet, APIs, SWIFT connectivity, and Host-to-Host (H2H)/file-based connectivity.
