This role directs habitat enhancement projects, ensures compliance with federal and state conservation agreements (e.g., USFWS, BLM, NDOW), manages third-party ecological monitoring, and aligns conservation credit balances with the regional permitting and operational requirements of AngloGold Ashanti's mining assets. As a key environmental authority, the Senior Specialist partners closely with Permitting, Operations, Legal, Land, and Site Leadership teams, serving as a critical bridge between regulatory agencies, field contractors, and corporate environmental governance.
