The position coordinates translation of business strategy into work programs and processes, partners across functions to develop technology solutions and business cases, and serves as a single point of contact and escalation path between client or business areas and IT for unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service requests. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, SDLC governance, and financial services domains and a proven ability to translate business strategy into executable technology roadmaps and deliver complex, multi-team initiatives.
