Spearhead the financial planning and operational oversight for language access within the community engagement team and other MBTA departments, encompassing budget management, logistics coordination, vendor relationship management, and establishing a comprehensive language service management and procurement system alongside Deputy Director of Community Engagement and our Executive Office Administrator. A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in political science, urbanstudies, public policy, sociology, social work, criminal justice, public health, or related field with 2 years of relevant work experience collaborating to understand intersecting policy initiatives, including partnering with relevant stakeholders in complex organizations.
