What You'll Do: Primary function: Plan, develop, & administer a variety of major human resources management programs for the company including employment, wage & salary administration, employee communications, employee training and staff development, benefits & other related human resources activities; coordinate & monitor activities to ensure compliance of programs with all applicable state & federal laws, regulations & guidelines as well as conforming with Eaton corporate human resources management policies and procedures. Serves as local subject matter expert for employee benefits and payroll questions, coordinating with remote centralized HR service center and payroll teams as necessary, and coordinates benefits enrollment meetings, communications, and processes.
