Key roles & responsibilities: Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP SD functionality across ECC and S/4HANA, covering the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process including order management, pricing, billing, deliveries, credit management, and returns. Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot custom ABAP objects — Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF), BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Frameworks, and Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
