Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, STEM or similar 7-10+ years' experience in corporate or operations finance, consulting, or investment banking Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques (NPV, IRR, ROI, cost modeling) Exposure to GAAP and cost accounting principles Experience supporting or partnering with manufacturing, operations, maintenance, or supply chain teams Advanced Excel modeling and data manipulation skills Strong presentation and storytelling ability - especially with senior leaders Comfortable in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments SQL, statistical tools, or Power BI experience a plus Spanish speaking a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
