This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all NIPR, SIPR, and unclassified phone troubleshooting, updates, and system refreshes, maintaining system integrity, ensuring network security, providing technical support to end-users, and implementing IT policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency. Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications, and for maintaining and overseeing the networking infrastructure for Buildings 712 and 820.
