Support the annual proxy statement and annual meeting of shareholders, including the timeline and checklists, D&O questionnaires, related-party transaction data, coordination with outside vendors (such as the financial printer, proxy solicitor, and inspector of elections), meeting scripts and logistics, and post-meeting filings, including the Form 8-K reporting voting results. Coordinate with Contracts, Security, and Tax so that entity changes are reflected in federal registrations (including SAM.gov and CAGE codes); support government-contractor data collection and reporting; and flag officer, director, and ownership changes at relevant subsidiaries to Security.
