The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience as an Interior Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent on multifamily, hospitality, senior living, or large residential projects. Oversee subcontractors performing drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, millwork, appliances, doors, hardware, and final finishes.
