Maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures, lavatories, faucets, sinks, tubs, water heaters and water service and drain lines cleans/unclogs pipes, tanks, floor drains and sewers; conducts preventive maintenance of plumbing and HEATING systems; assists journeyman plumbers in the installation and remodeling of plumbing systems; Carpentry. Maintains heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment such as air compressors, dryers, strainers, pneumatic and electronic controls and piping systems; motors, belts, pulleys, condenser pans, duct work, dampers, and ensure related systems are working properly; repairs pumping systems.
