You will use technical domain knowledge to assess site feasibility, evaluate AOR/EOR design deliverables, identify design and permitting risks, challenge cost and schedule assumptions, benchmark technical solutions against international quick commerce operators, and provide feedback to Design Engineering, Real Estate, and Construction teams for specification and process improvement. You start by reviewing a batch of prospective sites, assessing infrastructure capacity, existing building conditions, permitting jurisdiction complexity, and technical constraints to inform site selection and determine fit for QC deployment.
