After initial new employee enrollment, changes in benefit selections are only allowed during the group re-opening period just prior to each plan year, within 30 days of a birth, adoption, death, marriage, divorce, a change in the employment status of the employee or employee's spouse or within 60 days of a loss of Medicaid coverage or loss of coverage under the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of duties involving constructing, repairing, cleaning, and maintaining city streets, water and sewer systems, cemeteries, parks, and other facilities; may serve as a lead worker for a crew of maintenance aides, or perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding, and other specialized work.
