Demonstrated knowledge of Municipal and State contract knowledge, Flood Plain Regulations, FEMA Levee Accreditation, Transmission Line Construction, and Coastal Permitting; Advanced technical skills in one or more of water resources related fields including flood control design and inspection, dams and levees, water conveyance, stormwater management, hydraulics/ hydrological analysis, coastal structures, flood plain management and site development, and mechanical systems related to water resources.
