Responsibilities include managing project execution, developing bid packages, calculating project costs, selecting suppliers and subcontractors, procuring materials and services, interpreting plans and specifications, scheduling project activities, providing project oversight, managing cost and financial performance, interfacing with project personnel and clients, and helping ensure successful project completion and closeout. The successful candidate will be an experienced construction professional capable of leading complex, self-performing marine and heavy civil projects while maintaining Orion's commitment to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Teamwork, and Integrity.
