Preconstruction & Estimating Prepare detailed MP cost estimates for: central utility plants (boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, etc.), process utility systems (clean steam, WFI, RO, compressed air, specialty gases, vacuum, waste neutralization), electrical distribution, standby power, and controls supporting utility plants; not required but a plus if able. Trade Coordination & Procurement Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor bids for Mechanical, Plumbing, Controls, & Equipment suppliers (boilers, chillers, pumps, skids, etc.).
