The successful candidate will serve as both a senior technical leader and project manager, responsible for developing permitting strategies, leading environmental compliance programs, mentoring staff, managing client relationships, and supporting delivery of some of the region''s most significant public and private infrastructure projects. Lead environmental permitting, natural resources, and environmental compliance efforts for complex transportation, transit, rail, utility, energy, infrastructure, coastal, marine, and development projects throughout the New York metropolitan area.
