LL.M., J.D., or U.S. equivalent in law, plus 6 years of professional experience as an Attorney, Associate, Law Clerk, or any occupation, job title, position handling finance work including debt, equity, restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in the energy transition market.
