Holds primary accountability for jobsite safety performance, ensuring site-specific safety plans, ORM processes, and daily documentation are executed consistently, trade partner safety requirements are in place prior to work, the Hazardous Building Material Survey(s) is reviewed, and corrective actions are implemented. Owns the development, maintenance, and integrity of the project schedule with all appropriate parties, leads weekly look-ahead schedules, sequencing and phasing, and leads schedule recovery planning and decision-making when delays occur, elevating high-risk delays to the Project Executive.
