Key Responsibilities:Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis Prepare and record daily journal entries – strong understanding of debits and credits neededReview and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness Reconcile bank accounts and monitor ongoing cash activity Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation Support sales tax filings and other compliance-related reporting requirements . Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 2–5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a product-based, construction, or equipment-related environment Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices Experience working with accounting systems and ERP platforms Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
