What you will do: Creation and support of detailed design, distribution of requirements and deadlines to offsite engineering detailers, collaboration with engine platform teams, purchasing, and manufacturing, procurement of prototype material, verification of functionality with on-engine fit-ups, support of field validation activities, and resolution of warranty and field issues. Effective Communications: Working understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
