12+ years of relevant experience working in government or industry in one or more of the following areas: Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) acquisition processes, requirements processes, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBES), or systems engineering for large, complex systems-of-systems or service-oriented architecture environments. Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related technical or scientific field, including Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM degree program.
