You will own the program structure that allows engineers to remain focused on technical work: aligning stakeholders, maintaining integrated schedules, tracking requirements and dependencies, surfacing risks early, and driving decisions to closure. 8+ years experience leading complex hardware-development programs or major workstreams through multiple lifecycle stages, such as concept development, prototyping, procurement, fabrication, integration, testing, or production.
