Now Hiring: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist near Rochester, WA Full-Time, K–12 Caseload, SLP CCC or Clinical Fellow Accepted   Are you passionate about supporting student communication and success in a school setting? Phaxis Education is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join a dedicated school district in Rochester, Washington. This position serves grades K–12 and is open to both licensed clinicians with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF).   Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students</li><li>Complete comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders</li><li>Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)</li><li>Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals</li><li>Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress tracking, and service documentation</li><li>Attend IEP meetings and participate in multidisciplinary team planning</li><li>Stay current on IDEA regulations and school-based therapy best practices</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Start Date: Flexible based on candidate availability</li><li>Schedule: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)</li><li>Caseload: K–12th grade, assigned based on experience</li><li>Work Setting: Onsite strongly preferred; hybrid option (3 days onsite / 2 remote) may be available</li><li>Location: Rochester, WA, must be able to commute</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders</li><li>Valid Washington State license (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Active or in-process Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate</li><li>Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred</li><li>Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>Why Phaxis Education?<ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance available from day one</li><li>Weekly pay with direct deposit</li><li>Licensure reimbursement and referral bonuses</li><li>Mentorship and support for Clinical Fellows and experienced clinicians alike</li><li>Access to continuing education and career growth opportunities</li></ul>Interested in making a lasting difference in the lives of students in Rochester, WA?
