Overview: Provides executive leadership for facilities development and real estate functions which include strategy, planning, pre-development, development, acquisition, capital financing, facilities compliance for senior housing, assisted living, memory care, and life plan communities, and other facilities owned, leased, and/or managed by Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) which advance PVM’s Mission, strategy, and comprehensive Facility Advancement (FA) strategic initiatives. Exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance for the organization related to the FA Department, including but not limited to supervising the Director of Real Estate and Project Analyst in managing all real estate and development related activities and projects associated with the FA Business Plan and Director’s responsibility in the asset management of undeveloped land owned by PVM and PVM related entities.
