Responsibilities:Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutionsManages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and servicesConsults on procedural, technical, and operational changesAdvances business products knowledge within operations environmentFosters relationships with partners and teammatesInspects data to identify issues and trendsPresents reporting on key performance and implementation statusRoll out new or updated processes across teams and make sure they're adopted. Knowledge of Rules, Laws, and Regulations: Understanding of check processing and adjustment rules, laws, and applicable industry regulations (e.g., Reg CC, UCC, and Reg J).Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
