Produce and present a recurring executive savings dashboard and periodic performance reviews to senior leadership covering annual targets, realized and forecasted savings, in-year run rate, pipeline coverage, forecast confidence, initiative status, and value at risk, with root causes, corrective actions, accountable owners, and the leadership decisions required. Design the MRO supplier and service-provider ecosystem across manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and technical service providers, including strategic segmentation, consolidation, geographic and trade coverage, capacity planning, self-perform versus outsource decisions, emergency response coverage, and contingency sources.
