This role will focus on closing leads, executing projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) , capturing new business and market share, and building strong relationships with potential clients (HOAs/condos, commercial building owners, property management companies, hotel owners, operators, and managers, contractors, architects and other engineering disciplines to name a few). · Required: Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals, specifically property owners and managers, board members, contractors, architects and engineers of other disciplines.
