Serve as one of the school''s contacts for the EMS system, scheduling for all conference rooms located on the 3rd floor of ColoradoSPH including but not limited to the Teleconference room, Dean's conference room, Ward Darley conference room, etc., resolving scheduling conflicts, and making operational decisions to maximize space utilization. Establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with faculty, staff, students, alumni, community partners, affiliates, government agencies, and the public; addresses issues proactively and facilitates solutions that support organizational goals and strengthen institutional partnerships.
