Direct patient care experience within the previous five (5) years in the nursing area to which he or she is assigned, which can be met by: • One (1) years continuous, full-time or its equivalent experience providing direct patient care as a registered nurse in the designated nursing area; or • One (1) academic year of registered nurse level clinical teaching experience in the designated nursing area or its equivalent that demonstrates clinical competency; AND • Completion of at least one (1) year teaching courses related to registered nursing or completion of a post-baccalaureate course which includes practice in teaching registered nursing. In collaboration with the BSN Program Director and the assigned Campus Assistant Program Director, the Senior Manager of the Clinical Skills Lab develops and implements a strategic plan focused on learning activities in nursing practice that allows students to understand, perform, and refine professional competencies at the appropriate program level.
Works with Senior Managers to schedule and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Capable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout for construction projects, and is responsible for project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing.
During construction, the Senior Design Manager reviews and provides comments to the Design Team on DSA construction change directives (CCDs) for completeness and compliance with design intent, guides the Design Team through the DSA review process, evaluates and reports on the impacts of design changes, and manages DSABox submittals.. The Senior Design Manager collaborates with other Campus Project team members, the Design Team and District stakeholders to define the scope of Campus Projects, resolve design-related issues, and address the expectations of District stakeholders.
