Provides guidance, direction, and support to direct reports to achieve long term departmental improvements, resolve technical questions, issues, support professional development, and other matters ranging from technical to personnel in nature. The Concentration, Storage, and Transfer Facility (CSTF) Manager, Nuclear Safety is responsible for leading and managing a group of professional technical resources comprised of engineers, subcontractors, technicians, and/or other professionals with experience ranging from recent graduates to senior subject matter experts.
