The Senior Director will partner closely with business leaders, product management, operations, architecture, risk, compliance, and external partners to modernize and scale critical platforms supporting HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, lifestyle benefits, healthcare payments, debit card processing, and consumer financial experiences. This leader will be accountable for the strategy, architecture, engineering execution, platform modernization, and operational excellence of consumer and employer-facing financial platforms that administer millions of healthcare financial accounts and process billions of dollars in annual transactions.
