12-15+ years of progressive cybersecurity, security operations, threat detection and response, incident response, threat intelligence, detection engineering, data science, or related leadership experience, including significant experience leading scaled operational and technical security teams. Prior experience as a VP Threat Response, Head of SOC, Head of Detection and Response, Head of Threat Research, VP Security Operations, MDR leader, or equivalent senior security leader, ideally in a cybersecurity, SaaS, managed security services, cloud, or product-led technology company.
