As the Sustainment Engineer you will be responsible for reviewing existing Urgent Capability Acquisition (UCA) programs and providing solutions to issues usually related to sustainment engineering, including investigating root causes of errors or failures, identifying alternatives for end-of-life components, and creating and maintaining documentation. Collaborate with IBD-SS team members from engineering, training, logistics, and operational support as well as government customers, to facilitate operational improvements and provide reach-back support to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation distribution, sparing, and system health reports.
