Utility Requirements & Compliance: Serve as EDG's authority on utility requirements - tariff provisions, end-user connection requirements, metering and interconnection specifications, Good Utility Practice, and NERC / RTO reliability obligations for large loads (load ride-through, UFLS, emergency operations, ramp rates) and translate them into actionable requirements for our engineering and operations teams. What You'll Be Working On: Utility Agreement Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of utility infrastructure agreements for new and existing data center campuses - construction agreements, operating agreements, transfer agreements, and amendments - in coordination with EDG commercial leads, outside counsel, and utility counterparties.
