You will partner closely with product engineering teams and adjacent platform teams to ensure Engineering Enablement is building the right capabilities, driving adoption, and improving outcomes rather than just shipping tools. Strong technical depth across some combination of developer tooling, CI/CD, distributed systems, async and event-driven systems (streaming, workflow orchestration, queues), testing, or engineering productivity infrastructure.
