Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Lead cross-functional Vehicle Engineering Teams (including Load & Dynamics, Stress, Electrical, Crew, ECS, Manufacturing & Production, Mechanical & Production, and Structures) in program proposals, detailed planning, and critical milestone execution. Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions, within cost and schedule constraints, across the various phases of the engineering lifecycle.
