Performs repairs and troubleshooting on a diverse range of food processing and facility equipment in a sauce manufacturing environment, including but not limited to Winpak VFFS packaging machines, chillers, kettles, steam systems, waste water treatment systems, case erectors, case sealers, air compressors, water softening systems, coolers, freezers, pallet racks, lighting, PLC systems, Zebra label printers, Markem ribbon printers, Hitachi inkjet printers, pneumatic valves and actuators, double diaphragm pumps, drum pumps, PD pumps, and chemical dispensing systems. 2+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of complex food processing equipment, such as Winpak VFFS packaging machines, PLC systems, Zebra label printers, Markem ribbon printers, or Hitachi inkjet printers, in a food manufacturing environment.
